Barisal University Admission Application Deadline
BU admission test online application will start on 20th September 2029 at 2.00 pm.
BU admission test online application will close on 22nd October 2019 at 11.59 pm.
Application Fee
600 Taka including all service charges for an individual unit.
1100 taka including all services for multiple units.
Application fee payment the last date is 24 October 2018.

Apply Online
Barisal University invited application for online admission in different units for 4-year graduate (Honors) course from the qualified candidates for the academic session 2019-2020.
To apply for admission in any unit, click on the ‘Apply now’ button.
▶ A new page will appear where HSC or equivalent exam roll number, passing year, board name and SSC roll number should input.
▶ Click on the “Continue” button (“দাখিল করুন” ক্লিক করতে হবে).
▶ A new page will appear containing HSC and SSC information along with the candidate’s eligible unit.
▶ Click on the ‘confirm’ button.
▶ After provided pictures and other information, they will be asked to confirm them on the next page. To ensure, an applicant should have to send an SMS to 16321 from any mobile operator. The SMS format will be seen on that page.
▶ After sending SMS, in reply, the applicant will receive a confirmation code of 7 (seven). Has to input this confirmation code in the designated place of the page.
▶ After doing that click on the ‘confirm’ button.
▶ If the given confirmation code is correct, the main application form (applicable to all units) can be seen.
▶ Through this page, the applicant who is eligible to apply in a specific unit can apply online and collect the receipt of application payment fee.
▶ If the applicant wishes to apply unit change along with own unit, then the application will be made by clicking on the own unit and the ‘branch change’ unit button. The applicant will be able to collect admission test admit card, admission test seat plan and BU admission result from this page.
How to Payment the Application Fee
▶ An applicant can download both payment slip. (Own unit and unit change).
▶ Download the receipt (payment slip) for the own unit and download another payment slip for the unit change from the specific link and print it for further processing.
▶ Every receipt has two parts. One is for Applicant and other is for Bank.
Keep in mind, money receipt will not treat as admit card.
▶ The details of the money deposits receipt and the applicant’s photographs should be verified. Sign in the assigned place in both parts of the slip.
▶ Deposit the admission fee (mentioned in the circular as well as post) within the deadline in the any branch of the Janata Bank, Sonali Bank, Agrani Bank or Rupali Bank.
▶ After successful payment, a green color check will appear in the ‘Payment’ column of the corresponding unit.

Admit card can be download from 10:00 am on 05 November 2019.
Last date for admit card download:
For ‘B’ unit, 24 November 2019 till 9.00am.
For ‘C’ unit, Nov 24, 2019, till 2 pm.
For ‘A’ unit, 25 November 2019 till 10 am.

- Minimum total GPA 7 with the 4th subject from Science group in both SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent.
- Below GPA 3 is not acceptable in any SSC or HSC.
KHA unit (B-unit) requirement
- Minimum total GPA 6 with the 4th subject from Arts group in both SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent.
- Below GPA 3 is not acceptable in any SSC or HSC.
GA unit (C-unit) requirement
