However, JDC Examination means Junior School Certificate Exam. This is the second public and largest exam in the Bangladesh education system. The JSC (Junior School Certificate) and JDC exam conducted under Eight general boards and one madrasa board. Class eight students take this test. The proportion of scholarship girls and boys students in the merit quota, regardless of both the merit and the general quota, is awarded to the students at a proportionate rate (50:50). As a Junior Dakhil Certificate Scholarship, meritorious students are paid Tk 5400 yearly or Tk 450 per month and 560 for one-time for study expenses. On the other hand, general scholarships are paid 3600 Taka yearly or 300 per month and Tk 350 for one-time for study costs. This scholarship is paid for up to 2 years (Class nine and ten). Also, all scholarship students will get the opportunity to study free of tuition fees. The number, rate, and duration of the scholarship are yet to be determined. If necessary, the government can change or cancel it without showing any reason. Terms of Scholarship
The students concerned must be citizens of Bangladesh.
In the Gazette of the scholarship, the name of the institution from which the scholarly student has participated and passed. Subject to issuing the certificate of the head of the institution, the admitted institution will have to withdraw the scholarship money as per the rules.
Based on the results of the JDC examination, the number of merit and general scholarships set by the government has been distributed in the proportion of Upazilas / thanaswari to the students who pass the exam and regular students.
Scholarships will be given to the students on the basis of good conduct, regular attendance at schools/madrasas and satisfactory progress.
Minimum qualification for all scholarships is GPA 3.00 (excluding 4th subject)
Students who have been enrolled in multiple institutes will not be able to withdraw their scholarship money due to this notice.
Due to delayed admission, change of institution, change of subject and illness due to illness is allowed for a maximum of 1 year.
